In line with its commitment to sustainability, Azendian Solutions (Azendian), is moving its HQ to 200 Braddell Road #14-61, BCA Braddell Campus, Singapore 579700 with effect from today.

“We could not have found a more suitable new home than the Innovation Hub at BCA Braddell Campus as Azendian pushes ahead for a more sustainable Built Environment with our AI-driven energy optimisation solutions. The Campus will provide a dynamic environment for sustainable businesses such as ours to create, connect and collaborate for new technologies and solutions.  We believe our people too will be invigorated by the innovative spirit being nurtured there and will thrive in such an ecosystem,” said Bill Lee, Azendian’s Founder & CEO.

Azendian is among first movers to the newly launched Super Low Energy Innovation Hub in BCA Braddell Campus. The Campus prides itself as a living laboratory providing a dynamic space for test bedding, exploration, and development of cutting-edge technologies by innovators to bring significant contributions to the Built Environment (BE) sector.

As recent as August 2023, Azendian was presented with the ASEAN Energy Award as Winner of the Energy Efficient Building – Special Submission – Cutting Edge Technology. The ASEAN Energy Awards is Southeast Asia’s highest accolade to recognise a greater private sector participation and interest in energy development and usage in ASEAN in partnership with the public sector. The Awards aim to promote awareness on best practices in the energy sector and encourage the private sector in clean energy transition, resilience, and sustainability technology.

The Azendian Estate HVAC Energy Optimisation Solution together with its Computerised Maintenance Management System, Fault & False Detection & Predictive Maintenance and Unified Platform solutions are uniquely positioned to support businesses towards achieving their energy and sustainability goals. The Azendian smart estate solution is the first and only certified under Singapore Green Building Product’s Smart EMS System, helping asset operators achieve the Green Mark certification.

Azendian’s solutions have been developed for businesses that operate large energy-consuming chiller plants, such as commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres and industrial facilities. To date, Azendian has collaborated with its customers and partners implementing its AI and data-driven solutions in more than 80 buildings and 7 district cooling plants at different stages. It has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan, and Vietnam.

It was love demonstrated in kind and time by Azendeans as they volunteered at non-profit Food from the Heart on 27 February 2023.  It was a meaningful way for many of them to mark the month of love.

In double quick time of less than 3 hours, the Azendeans packed 80 bags of healthy food items for low income families.  For those who could not be at the food warehouse, they contributed to the food donation drive held in the office for Food from the Heart.

This is the third volunteer effort made by Azendeans at Food from the Heart.

Singapore, 6 July 2022 – In less than three hours, seven Azendeans sorted and packed 129 bags of food items at Food from the Heart to ready them for distribution to those in need.

It was the second time that Azendian Solutions had sent volunteers to give a helping hand at the not-for-profit food bank.

Shared intern Tan Zhi Qi, “It was a meaningful event where I can give back to society. It was also a fun team bonding session among colleagues.”

What We Do Matters to young lives – the Azendian team organised their very first volunteer activity with a craft session at New Life Children & Student Care Centre. They brought on happy smiles amongst P1 students when they crafted cards using recycled materials. It was a fun way to teach the young ones about caring for others and the environment.

The New Life Community Services (NLCS) is a social service agency that cares for and mentors young children. The agency also provides financial assistance to marginalised families with young children, providing case work management and counselling to nip issues of poverty and debts. With education and the environment being two causes which strongly resonate with Azendian, they were apt as themes for our first volunteering activity.

Our volunteers had a fun and meaningful time guiding the children along and encouraging their creative minds to run free!

Thank you to our Azendian team members who supported and made donations to the event, and to New Life Children and Student Care for collaborating with us.

Thanks for dropping by at our booth!
