The Role

We have growth opportunities for an Enterprise Sales Executive to be a part of our consulting, system integration and data and analytics product solution business.  Our objective is to partner our client to enhance revenue, operations and risk management. 

The candidate will be part of a larger team of professionals specializing in Information Management (covering design, development and deployment of EDW, ETL, information presentation), advanced analytics, predictive, forecasting, operations research, text mining and etc.) and organisation transformation (change management, process re-engineering, policies and governance alignment). 

The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter responsible for building a strong pipeline, achieving sales and profitability objectives from new or existing clients depending on the accounts assigned.  In addition, the candidate will identify new markets and client opportunities and develop proposals as well as manage the entire sales process. 


  • Initiate and generate business development, pipeline and sales forecast.
  • Lead generation, prospects qualification and pipeline management to achieve/overachieve targets.
  • Build network / relationships with clients (including management executives) as their trusted advisor.
  • Present and articulate data, IOT and analytics solutions, their benefits and requirements.


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Analytics field.
  • Possess at least 3 to 7 years account management and solution sales experience. Experience in Facility Management or Higher Education Domains is a plus.
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Data and analytics related fields.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy personality with strong sales integrity and customer acumen
  • Fast and flexible learner that can adapt to latest technology trends and skilled at working in a dynamic sales environment with direct and dealing with varied customers
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who maintains a sense of urgency in a deadline-driven setting and flexibile to adjust to project demand (may include early, late, or weekend hours)
  • Independent yet able to work well in a high team-oriented environment
  • Able to leverage resources throughout the business to solve complex problems
  • Quick and meticulous in follow-ups, able to shape deals with manageable level of risks.
  • Effective in understanding and managing necessary procurement processes to close deals
  • Fluent (spoken/written) in English with strong presentation skills, additional language proficiencies favourable
