Optimizing for the current installed equipment, the product utilizes historical and ongoing real time data to find the best combination of setpoints for each equipment in the plant to operate.
This includes pumps speeds and chiller supply temperatures to achieve higher combined efficiency for each given building load. Utilizing the scalability of cloud computing, the data is sent to machine learning models to calculate and optimize, producing setpoint targets for equipment which is then sent back to the building system. The solution maximizes the use of every kilowatt being drawn from the power grid, increasing the plant kW/RT efficiency.
On average, it is expected to achieve savings of 7-10% per month for the chiller plant and as our research continues, further enhancements will be made possible.
