Unified Platform

This Azendian in-house developed solution extracts and converts data real-time from equipment and components across different brands, equipment types and geographical locations into standard Haystack format. The Unified Platform is able to read and write-back and thus open the window to automate control and operations with or without human intervention. With this, a usable data warehouse or data lake is made available to support the development of a Command & Control Centre comprising dashboards, data science use cases and mathematical Digital Twins.

HVAC Digital Twin

Azendian’s HVAC Digital Twin is a mathematical twin which renders all the component relationships of the Chiller Plant, Boiler and Air side equipment. It is highly accurate with an error margin of less than 2.5% which supports precise real-time simulations to determine the lowest setpoints for energy use in HVAC equipment with a fixed environment temperature and humidity outcome.

It is proven to save up to 25% energy use through real-time simulation and write back. This twin is fully automated needing zero human intervention once implemented. The self-learning algorithm in our solution improves the performance of the twin over time as more data and scenarios become available.

This software solution can be installed and implemented in weeks, and achieves Returns On Investment in as soon as its first month of implementation. It has also been applied in other industrial applications and in water treatment plants and power generation plants.

Fault Detection & Predictive Maintenance

Azendian Estate has developed a proprietary anomaly detection and prediction algorithm and method which with minimal adjustments can be used across different types of engineering assets and equipment.

As this is a Computational Statistic Machine-Learning solution, it is highly accurate. More importantly, it provides propensity information for the behaviour which it is detecting and predicting, thus providing the user with important information on whether attention and investment is needed.

Superior to the traditional “rule-based” solution, Azendian Estate enhances productivity of the asset maintenance team as it reduces false positives and provides risk benefit decision definition through its propensity data. This technique has been applied effectively in HVAC equipment set with encouraging results. It has also been applied to other industrial applications where pumps and other M&E equipment are used.

Azendian Estate’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) centralizes maintenance information to enhance management of maintenance activities for an organization facility’s operation.
