HVAC Digital Twin
Azendian’s HVAC Digital Twin is a mathematical twin which renders all the component relationships of the Chiller Plant, Boiler and Air side equipment. It is highly accurate with an error margin of less than 2.5% which supports precise real-time simulations to determine the lowest setpoints for energy use in HVAC equipment with a fixed environment temperature and humidity outcome.
It is proven to save up to 25% energy use through real-time simulation and write back. This twin is fully automated needing zero human intervention once implemented. The self-learning algorithm in our solution improves the performance of the twin over time as more data and scenarios become available.
This software solution can be installed and implemented in weeks, and achieves Returns On Investment in as soon as its first month of implementation. It has also been applied in other industrial applications and in water treatment plants and power generation plants.
Fault Detection & Predictive Maintenance
Azendian Estate has developed a proprietary anomaly detection and prediction algorithm and method which with minimal adjustments can be used across different types of engineering assets and equipment.
