We are looking for experienced BMS Engineer/Programmer to provide Building Management System (BMS) software solutions support to the Project team including HVAC, Chiller systems, Cooling Towers, Air side equipment etc.

• Plan, handle testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
• Perform site survey and propose the appropriate mix of products and installation methods to provide the most cost-effective solution.
• Identify BMS replacement jobs to meet project requirements.
• Development of program and graphics design for Building Automation projects.
• Analyse, inspects, and reviews implementation problems to meet customer demands.
• Feedback to development teams on product implementation and support issues for product improvement.
• Participate in product development and marketing workshops for enhancing business opportunities and growth.
• Create and maintain BMS documentation including Functional design and Software Test Documents.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial System Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in BMS, open bus protocol, control engineering, etc.
• Understanding of HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Management, or other control systems.
• Programming and troubleshooting knowledge of industry standard protocols such as BACnet, MODBUS and LON. PLC knowledge will be a plus.
• Ability to analyze building or industrial services plant and chilled-water plant operational data.
• Experience in automation control systems in various applications, including commercial buildings, industrial buildings, data centre, etc.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging live software systems.
• Strong technical implementation and management skills and able to apply both business and technical insights to the project assignment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer interaction and report writing.
• Self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
