Azendian’s Founder & CEO Bill Lee spoke at the “Greening the Built Environment” dialogue organised by the Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong Chapters of #engineersaustralia this past Saturday, 9 September 2023. Bill’s sharing centered on 2 broad topics covering AI /data science and their roles in achieving sustainability goals in the built environment. AI and data science techniques can be applied to improve energy use efficiency, enhance productivity of the workforce and equipment. Bill shared that Azendian Solutions use data science techniques to develop highly accurate process and system twins which are “closed-loop” and fully automated to achieve gains unattainable before. When applied to Azendian HVAC energy Optimisation Solution (Water & Air sides), they improve energy use resulting in lower utility costs, lower carbon emissions and higher productivity gains.
