Our Management Team
Bill Lee
Founder & CEO Bill has over 32 years’ experience in global consultancy companies, of which the last 18 years has been in Data Science and Operations Technology. His roles ranged from being Head of Southeast Asia Finance & Operations Re-engineering to Change Management Lead, Head of Public Sector and FS practices to Partner, Southeast Asia data and analytics practice. A sought-after speaker in Tech, Bill serves on the Advisory Boards at Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore Management University (Past) and Nottingham University (past).
Koh Liak Huat
Executive Director, Operations and Chief Architect Koh has over 30 years’ experience in operation technology software and hardware across a myriad of industries including engineering, Offshore and Petro-Chemicals. He has led international teams in R&D, preventive maintenance as well as energy performance and optimisation.
Adrian Ng
Group CFO A Senior Finance professional, Adrian has over 25 years of experience, including the first seven years in management consulting. He had spent the following 18 years in Senior Finance roles, covering Asia Pacific including Singapore, on both Compliance and Commercial matters. Prior to joining Azendian, Adrian held roles such as CFO and Director within the WPP Group (listed on NYSE and LSE mainboards). Trained in Finance, Marketing, Economics and Data Science, Adrian is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, ISCA; Member, Singapore Institute of Directors; Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified SAP Predictive Analytics Associate.
Niko Tan
People & Culture Manager Niko is an IHRP (Institute for Human Resource Professionals) certified CP and MOM (Ministry of Manpower) CEI certified HR professional with more than 10 years of HR management experience in developing, implementing and administering HR programmes in the following areas: talent acquisition, employee retention, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, HR policies development and legal compliance.
